Two Debates In Michigan US Senate Race Sun & Mon!!

The following is the latest note from the Jack Hoogendyk For Senate campaign:

The US Senate debates will take place this Sunday and Monday, thanks to so many of you who called and emailed Senator Levin to urge him to participate. Now, don’t forget to tune in and watch!

The first debate, hosted by WGVU and Grand Valley State University, will be on Sunday, October 19th, at 7pm. You should be able to view it virtually anywhere in Michigan, because it will be broadcast live on the following stations state-wide: WGVU-TV Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo, WCMU-TV Mt. Pleasant, WDCQ-TV University Center, WFUM-TV Flint/Ann Arbor, WDET-TV Detroit, WKAR-TV East Lansing, WNMU-TV Marquette, and WNIT Public Television out of South Bend/Elkhart, IN. If you don’t get to see the debate live, or don’t have a television, you will be able to catch the debate in its entirety at, where the debate will be streamed for up to a week afterward
The final debate will be held on Monday, October 20th, at noon. This event will be hosted by the Detroit Economic Club at the Detroit Marriott. The Detroit Economic Club has made tickets available — you can find out more about that here. Although this debate will not be televised, it will be streamed to WXYZ-TV/Channel 7’s
I am looking forward to this opportunity. I hope you will tune in and watch — and don’t forget to tell your friends and neighbors!
